GRASS-FED, GRASS-FINISHED BEEF

Whole or half side of beef – $4.20 per pound hanging weight – cut and wrap is included in this price.  A side (or half) of beef will weigh around 300 pounds.  Approximately 65% of that will end up in your freezer (depending on how you have the butcher cut it and if you use everything).

By the piece

Ground – $6 per package (approximately 1 pound)

Stew Meat – $7 per package (approximately 1 pound)

Kabob Meat – $9 per package (approximately 1 pound)

Stir Fry – $9 per package (approximately 1 pound)

Ribs – Short, Flanken (Korean style) – $10 per pound

Roasts – Chuck, Sirloin, Rump – $8 per pound

Roasts – Rib – $17 per pound

Steaks – Rib, T-bone – $20 per pound

Steaks – Round, Sirloin, Flank – $13 per pound

Tenderloin (steak or whole) – $24 per pound

Liver – $3.50 per pound

Heart – $7 per pound

Tongue – $13 per pound

Shank bones – $3.50 per pound

Dog/Soup Bones – $2 per pound

Because we are such a small farm, we do not always have beef available.  Feel free to contact us to determine availability of your desired cuts.
